Spelling : Look Cover Write Check

You can get some good marks to add to your Writing score if you work at your Spelling. The Spelling Bank contains some Tricky Words for you to COPY & PASTE into the Spelling City online LOOK,COVER,WRITE,CHECK tool.

DON'T COPY ALL OF THE WORDS - 10 at a time is good enough!

Speed Reading!

The Reading test is hard because you only have fifteen minutes to read the booklet. If you could do with doing this a lot quicker, SPREEDER is for you. Spreeder is a site where you can learn to speed up your reading. Check out the video clip.

There are some old SATs texts for you to copy & paste into Spreeder.

1. Click on the Reading Texts button, then click on the doc name to open it. Copy the text.
2. Open Spreeder & paste the text into Spreeder box. IF IT IS TOO FAST TO BEGIN WITH, CLICK "SETTINGS" (bottom right) and try 200 instead of 300.
